Connection Issues - I have a router..

I have a router, and got the game and everything runs smoothly except for the fact that I'm trapped in one area and I'm not able to move around to different places.. I keep getting disconnected.

I need help, I've been solving problems like this all day just trying to play the damn game, and now its this.. I tried opening ports on routers and everything. I'm getting frusterated... Can anyone help me out?
