Error while trying to play FFXI

Ok, so i have finally installed and downloaded all those updates, and everything, so i hit play, and the screen goes black like its starting, but then it goes back to my desktop and says

"Terminated as error occured in FINAL FANTASY XI. Failed to recognize Hardware TnL.
Please check that this computer has the required specifications to run FINAL FANTASY XI.(-1)"

what do i do...i MUST play this game...

oh and how do i find out what graphics card i have

Your graphics card is your problem. Right Click properties on desktop and click the settings tab. There should be a pic of a monitor and under that somethign that says Disply: then you gfx card here.
