I can type Japanese only in POL´s messenger but it doesn´t work during the game. What should I do?:confused:

something is wrong with the first two adresses, they are not working. Could someone please help me by telling me where they are or something along the lines of that. Anyone:confused: :confused: :confused: |

Hi..... I am new to FF XI....would like to find out how to I type japanese characters during the game? I can type in POL when writing mails..but not in the game... When i trying to say something..there is a box for me to change from English input to Japanese Input but it doesn't allow my mouse to click on it to change. Is there any short cut key to change the input or ........ Please kindly gimme some help!! Thanks |

ÂÄ¼Ê OK, as you can see I can write in katakana on word processors, but when I got to install it wont let me type Japanese characters (specifically to type in the key). what do I do????

I shall test this out... Ž„?@—Ö?@“n•Ó?@‚Å‚·?D?@?@–{‘½?@–L“c COOL! I got one problem though, some programs like notepad and AIM won't recognize the writing and they will change it into blocks. Is there any way to fix this? |

Question: Ok so we can type japanese in the game. But does this let us do the nifty ASCII Characters that japanese players do? like music notes, stars, hearts, some of those crazy characters they use in their smilies... Anyone know how to do this? I'm playing a bard currently and I'd love to add that japanese music note to my macros.... |
