Something went wrong just before i start!

i just registered and got my ID and installed the stuff i needed to from the playonline viewer. there is one problem though...
when i click on the Game option in the main menu after u connect i get this page i dunno what it is but it seems like an error to me.
can someone please tell me what this is and help me get through it so i can start the game??
