POL registration crash

ok im fairly annoyed right now while registering for POL my PC crashed. I now cannot "Start PlayOnline Registration" because the ive already entered the registration code. I cannot get into "For PlayOnline Members" because i dont know my PlayOnline ID #. Seeing as i live in Australia i really dont want to have to ring the support line unless its my last option.

Now in the manual at pg 46 it says -

"Data Stored on Your Computers Hard Disk Drive"

* Information required for logging in to PlayOnline (PlayOnline ID.........)

does anyone know where that information is kept so i can find out my ID #
