Unable to Creating New Character

I just tried to create a new character and all I got was a black screen today (Thursday, Nov 27, 2002). I've created two others previously before, one I still play and the other I just deleted. Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and know of a way to correct it

I've had the same problem. If you disable character creation animations, it should work.
