Miss and Damage Visual

I was watching the live came and i saw a battle and when the person missed it said Miss! at the top of the monster and whever he hit it, it showed the amount of damage on the top of the monster well i noticed on mines it doesnt show that is there anyway to make this appear on my ffxi game?

I don't remember if it's in Misc options or Global options.

Menu > Config
