Friends List

Yah, could someone -PLEASE- explain to me how to get the list setup correctly the first time?

For instance, I'll send out various "Will you be my friend?" messages to people I've partied with and they will accept them and I'll acknowledge that, but for some odd reason, they remain on "Offline".

Some times, I'll appear on thier list alright, but only after a couple dozen tries does it actually work on my side of things.

Do we both have to send each other "Will you be my friend?" messages, or do they have to send it to me, or vice versa?

I've read the manual and it doesn't really go into that much. Any help would be great. Thanks!

So, no one has any idea how to correctly use said list?

they have to reply and confirm the friends action I think.

Well, hrm... I dunno, they DID reply but they still didn't goto the Active section.

Then, I had him send me one, and I replied, and still nothing...

Then I deleted him off my friends list, he did the same, and still nothing... but it's worked with others. It's almost a random guess what will happen from person to person.
