Im getting this message every time i try to open playonline and play ffxi. It pops up, and so does the program, but eventually the program stops popping up too, and i have to reinstall playonline over again.

Well the way the account server works is that
it charges at the beginning of the month.

So, the 30day free trial is actually, a maximum of 30 days.
If you created an account at the beginning of the month
lets say Nov. 1st. Then, you get entire 30days.

But if you created an account on the 31st, you only get
one day of free trial.

Since the game came out on the 28th, I can see this to
be a big problem....

that cant be right Sqaure Enix said your free trial goes for a full 30 days and gets activated when you first log on. I dont think SE will be that sad will they ??:confused:

Its not about them being sad.. its how the billing process works. You are billed at the begining of each month, your 30 day trial is being read as "last month"

Yea but if you nuy this game expecting a free 30 days worth and only end up getting 1-3 then you would be pretty gutted

I downloaded a program to remove adware $ spyware, it removed a LOT of stuff, but im still having this problem. Im reinstalling playonline for like the 8th time now :mad:

When the prompt comes up, in the title bar, you'll see the file that is making the prompt come up (Edit Removed :: Osaka~)...

This problem should be directed toward Square-Enix's User Support. You should be able to find contact information on the official site. Modifying the software in any way is illegal through the EULA that you agreed to when installing the software. Please contact Square-Enix with this problem.
