Lost Id

OK i solved my memory dump problem by reformatting the hard drive. The only problem was i put my ID on the desktop and never bothered to write it down! Now i'm IDless. I quickly searched for a solution but was brough to the help line. They put me on hold for awhile then hung up on me. I called back but they're closed for the day! Anyone know another way to get your ID back????????
