Possible To Patch The Japanese Client Over To English Client?

I was curious if anyone knew if there was a way to patch the Japanese version so that the quests and items etc all read in english? I am assuming I will have to just buy the North American Client for that but thought I'd check on here first if anyone knows if it is possible being that both games use a translator in game already maybe there was a fix to let you use your Japanese client so that it reads in engoish. (I already assumed I could use my Japanese account but was curious about the client being used in the way I described above.)

see if a friend will let you copy the us vers install disks. then you can just enter your JP keys and Hopefully you will be all set. Or try to log on the us account as a guest with your jp info. Thats what I'm doing.
