Question regarding Multiple Characters on one account

Me and my sister want to play the game together. Will we both have to buy two seperate versions of the game, and have two seperate accounts, or will we be able to buy one version of thegame, share an account and just create Two characters on that account. Will these two characters be able to play at the same time with each other? Please let me know!

you can have more than one character on a account, but you will need two copies of them game together at the same time.
