It is guaranteed not to work. The game is a non-Unicode program. You MUST have the japanese language supported OS to make the program run right. On top of that without typing in japanese, you will not get anywhere during the setup process.

All you need is Windows 2000/XP and your set from using their language regional options.

Actually, it installed and ran fine on Windows ME without Japanese IME so :p to you sir. Only problem is: you can't type in Japanese, but you can still type in English!
