Mail form to Tech dept.

Ok long story short: There has been a glitch that has stolen money from the char we're playing. A lot of money. Called GM, she confirmed we did everything ok, and she referred us to the technical department on the service and support page in the POL browser. I need to send them a letter using the correct mail form. So can anyone help out with translations to these screenshots?

I click the GM button the last one. And i come up to this screen.

To the best of my knowledge i think the previous screenshot is the place where i can send a mail form. But i think each button relates to a different aspect EG: one button for FFXI, another for POL etc. I do not know which one is which.

But if i click on any of those buttons, i come up to the same screen as shown below, can anyone help?

how did you manage to get that to run in windows mode?
wanna do that as i wanna irc, msn while playing

I've found the solution so pls ignore above posts.

As for the POL windows mode...

Theres a method to do that. But it only works on POL. FFXI still plays full screen.

But if your downloading patches and still want to surf the net, i've got the following options selected in my POL config.
