0206 error..the hell?

Ok this is one strange one, i start Playonline viewer then click on my ID name then type the password then click on the connect and its starts to connect then this window pops up....anyone know what it means? I'm sorry i dont have a picture cause i have carmera to take the picture, unless you know know a way to save/ print it on my comp so i can post it.
