Error-Reviving Contents ID

After getting FFXI-1116 error (Where it wont let you pla a character because the contents ID is gone), I tried to revive my content ID but when I enter name and pw I get this screen and it takes me back to the name/pw one. Any help would be appreciated

The message says "You can't choose this option unless you have chosen Web money as your method of payment".

I think you need to choose another option to revive your account but I don't remember the screen from heart so if you could post the menus available I could translate them.

Choose the second last row, LHS on the new screen. You will be asked your login/password and then a choice of characters to revive. Choose the character slot, a messages should appear at the bottom. Choose the same slot again until the indented radio button changes state.
