Message when logging on to POL

Erm not sure if this has been posted before but I get this message every time I log on... wondering what it means.:sweat:

It's a message saying that your account will be de-activated at the end of the month as there is an outstanding payment. You need to take care of this ASAP.

Also how do you go about taking care of this? I tried changing the payment method, but for some reason it won't let me. Do I have to contact them directly?:sweat:

The last message says 'There is no need to register payment methods'.

I had to call POL on behalf of some others who had this issue. POL replied that you can't change payment methods until you sort out the outstanding payments on the current card.

Basically you owe the credit card co the amount they could not deduct the previous month. When you use a credit card, the credit card co pays POL the amount, then the credit card co charges your account on a designated day of the month. So you need to clear the bill on your CC, or if you are using some family member or friend's card, then you need to have them sort it out.

Characters will be kept for 3 months after deactivation then will get deleted.
