Why does it freeze when logging on?

How long does it take to log on for the first time? Becasue i let it sit for about 4 to 5 min. but it kept loading. I even disabled my firewall but it still doesnt pass that screen. By the way im on the step right after you have to restart your comp after the updates are done instulling. Then you pass a few "new user" screens then you get to a screen that says to put in the password(which i've done before so its already saved) then i click log on. It goes to the screen that says(i think) cheching log on and password but then it just stays there for a long time...why?

your internet connection may got some little prob when you connect to server.... try it again.... but after that, you still need to wait for an hour to upgrade the patch(another) :sweat:
