Error Message 0033

I restated the playonline setup process several times but then i restarted my comp and now it gives me an error message right after i click on the first button. I think the error message was 0033. Has anyone gotten this before? what is it? Sorry i cant get a pic of it, when i try it just comes out as a black screen. And the really weird thing is that i fixed the licence tag problem on my hypersnap program but now after i did that restart its asking for a license nuber again...wierd.

I know what the error means now ..
It means : the global ip-adres is incorrect.
And i also know ( thnx to Kama ) that it may be fixed if u set the time to tokio.
But.....i tryed it but sill i got the error :confused:

That is incorrect, if the problem is related to the system clock, you must set it to the CORRECT time zone YOU are currently in with the CORRECT DATE & TIME. If you must, you may need to sync your system clock with the atomic clock on the internet.

Go to Google and type atomic clock or NTP (Network Time Protocol).

Also, do not forget about how some places have daylight savings time accounted in to it.
