i got to the page with a whole lot of steps according to the walkthrough and i have no idea what to do. It was the last thing on the second page of the POL walkthrough. Can anybody tell me exactly what to do, as i dont know how to get that thing on top with all of the katakana. btw what is all of this stuff anyways?

dbeeo, I can't read that kana... I have jap support installed; and can read some other jap text, but not all of it.. what could be wrong?

Well if you have the Windows CD, just go to www.playonline.com and click on Japan, and it should ask you if you want to install Japanese coding for the Internet. Then you'll be able to see it.

This is just the way I do it.

what about my question, I installed yesterday and still havent gotten past the registration, what exactly needs to be done on the registration of the PC account? Im trapped on that step i mentioned before. 27 of the POL registration.

Go to the main page ( ffxionline.com i mean) and look to the right. there are translation guides there... it should tell you what you need to know

for reading japanese text, just go to view->encoder-> japanese(auto shift).

btw, i think i have misunderstanding the step....

for the POL setup, i think what you mean is the japan address... go to achieve forum and you can find a address at there or some where in the forum here
