need some translate help
I can't seem to login in...its when I have chosen Final Fantasy XI and click on the play button I get this error...help would really be appreciated so I can continue playing I have no idea what it says...and it cant be billing issues as I have typed in new billing details a few days ago.
EDIT: please just take 5 mins to tell me what it says ill figure out how to solve the problem

it's telling you that it can't find your 'contents' (contents ID?). it also says you need to install software for playonline. you should try reinstalling the playonline and the game soft. the message looks familiar from when i started playing. hope you can play soon.

I reinstalled and patched for 4 hours and now its working thanks!
