Attempting to revive an account, got a pic inside.

I'm pretty sure this will revive the account, right? The previous screen had 5 text boxes, 3 of them were required info. The bottom 2 I knew were pol id/password, and the top said something about name. So I put in the character name and then got this screen. I clicked the white bar and my pol id was listed in the viewer. After clicking a few buttons it's now downloading all the patches.
