Revive an account.

I plan on taking a little break from FFXI since i've been playing too much and recently just deleted my account. There is no guide to help revive an account so i was wonder if someone would like to help me by making one so i would know what to do once i feel like playing again.

Thats just for a character though. I'm talking about the whole account.

Install POL (If it's installed, then just log in)
As you log in it will ask if you want to reactivate the account.
