NO japanese name i try will work.
I have inserted numerous amounts of names none of them seem to work. any idea why?

I am going to assume you mean during the Name adress thing during setup...

so i have to ask:

Are you typing in Japanese? are you typing the adress right?

do you have a screenshot you could post of the error ro whatever? or can you post a screen of what you are typing, before you hit next to go on?

when i typed my names and address i just typed the letters "IOP" in japanese and "JKL"
