All kinds of problems

Ok i was wondering if you could help me. OK i have many problems

#1 my resolution is bad in all the screens it ( it looks like a bunck of fuzzy balls all together) and i cant get in to the FFXI config its like orrupted or something it says send error report every time.

#2 when i try to un install to reinstall it givces me some error and says access denied( if there is a way for me to wipe my hard rive for windows XP tell me i have all of the discs)

#3 i can log on to my POL login with my password but not buy a content ID.

Here are a few things that I need to know so I can help you.

What is your computers specs? Operating System, Processor, Ram, Video card, ect...
With this information we can figure out what might be wrong with your display. Also, what screens are fuzzy? POL, FFXI?

Are you running windows XP? If you are, do you have administrator access? If you do not, who does?

Can we get a screenshot of the error that it gives you when you put your POL username and POL password?

#1 ok i have a 2.52 GHz pentium 4 with 516 Ram and a Nvadier ti 4200 128Mb video care and what i mean by fuzzy is when like whe it says now loading like it looks like some of little hols are missing and not a circle like running at a hig res then it should..

#2 yes i do hve admin status on my XP

#3 no i dont have any type of screenshot program on my comp. could ypu mabey tell me a name of a good program so ii can look for it?
