Error 1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance

Hello,


My brother finally got his SquareEnix Beta kit and is having huge problems trying to install the first CD. Was able to find help via google but none of the fixes work (regedit, clearning temp, installing windows installer sdk, etc). Anybody here experiance the same problem and were you able to fix it? I was thinking install/cab files to the HD might solve it, but I dunno if that would just be a waste of time? He did email SquareEnix about the problem, hopefully their response time is within 24 hours.. heh oh well -_-;;;
