I got error code 2000 on benchmark

How do I fix this? It mentioned much Kanji that I can't copy, but started the sentence with

Direct3D[Kanji]

Sounds like Direct3D had trouble initiating, that suggests that your video card is not DirectX compliant. To be sure, grab the latest drivers for your card and get the latest version of DirectX here. If that doesn't work, then I'm afraid you'll probably need to upgrade your video card.
