help with loggin in please

Im at the step where you enter the names in japanese, which i can do partly ok. When i press alt+tab to bring down the play online so i can copy and paste then go back to the play online to paste it, it restarts over again. It does the lil pop up where i click ok then the names have been erased. This is making it impossible for me to copy and paste in any name so i can move on, what did yall do that made it work??

Get a name before you get to that part, then copy and paste the same name in all 4 squares.
