Credit Card Switch Error

Im trying to switch my CC#'s cause im actually using a friends and im trying to use my own now. I was using my friends before cause it wasn't accepting mine for some reason. Then I just got 2 more CC's and I still get the same error when trying to switch. They are all Mastercards. I believe that is the problem. My friends Visa got accepted but this is now the 4th different Mastercard that's been rejected. I get this error and I don't know what it says. Some translations would be nice :sweat:

i get the same response WITH a visa....no clue what it means either
