To include JP input if you decide to utilize the Japanese IME for the PC version, you WILL need to have your Windows XP disc to install it, unless you get the IME in it's 200+ MB entirity from the microsoft download section...

If you included international language compatibility in the initial setup (if XP was preloaded, chances are, it's not), you won't have to install anything, simply add the language language pack to your current languages available...

Otherwise, you shouldn't need the XP cd at all...

I was thinking of the older JP IME for 98 and below...

none of the required files were installed for most installations so the file was huge...

since XP has most of that stuff already in cabs in system folders, it's just a matter of grabbing and activating the right stuff...

Also...
you might want to smack-up whoever you got your PC from to get the XP CD...
cause if you ever need to reinstall/repair/Modify or otherwise do something that requires too much or too complex XP data to cab, you'll need that CD...

ya i am its just i get it tommorow and i really wan to try and play ASAP but im calling HP tommorow to gett he disc also it says i xcant installe becasue i have the wrong version or something but i do have XP
