Errors 1313 and 1119 when creating character / using WP

Helo. I deleted a character to use the same name, but use a worldpass for Ragnarok. However, now when I create the character, I get an error 1313 when using the worldpass.

I know the worldpass works, because I tried hitting + to randomize my name, and was allowed in to the country select screen.

When I don't use the worldpass with the same name, I get a different error -- FFXI-1119.

My question is, is this due to the stuff that's been happening this past day and a half or is my old name being reserved or something?

I would show you the exact message, Japanese included, but I don't know how to take a screenshot of POL viewer. If my controller's button 6 works right, it should take a screenshot, but I haven't figured out where it puts the ones it takes in game or in pol.

Here's the exact error message, if you want. I tried a few times, with several different character names, I get in just fine with every one EXCEPT the character I deleted earleir today (about an hour ago).

I'm HOPING that the character data just hasn't decayed because of the maintenance problems today.
