Actually, it does not come from the GM. It comes from the Judge's Shield and Judge's Sword. Any character with either of those equipped will have a blur/glow effect. EDIT: All GM characters are Hume. |

Because GMs are just supposed to look cool, not to mention be significantly different from any player characters, so it's hard to impersonate them. As far as hume only, I have no idea why, SE probably just didn't want to have to create ten different armor sets when they could get away with two. |

I would think that GM jail should have some of the most extensive, picturesque landscape in the game just as a final poke to those being banned... also fill it with untargetable NMs....
