Need help with screenshot e-mailing

I have some great screenshots but i can't figure out how to send the files in an e-mail to a non-pol account to view them or post them on here can someone help me PLEASE!!!!??

when u view the screenshots in File Manager, theres a button on the bottom that says "Attach to Mail" after ur done attaching the screenshots u want, click on "Compose Mail" and enter in any email address u want. i know this works cuz i send it to my yahoo email all the time..
