That would be one of 4 new Hydra Sets from the last update. Supposedly from Dynamis-Tavnazia.

Ah nice stuff, when is SE going to actually make new materials and stop reskinning all the CoP gear so many times :X

All FFXI gear is a reskin/palette swap >_<;; Like, just about every AF is a reskin of the other, some with added shoulderpads. |
