Okay Not sure if anyone said this yet but that migh tnot be all of his gil anyway, alot of people just hold their LS funds and act as a bank . But prolly a high lvl crafter anyway. Theres some thf on my server that has better gear then that wich is kind of weird to say... but its mainly cause he has identical gear to that plus Mandau and full kaiser on his paladin, gogogadget 100gsmithing JP lol.

I don't buy gil, I don't craft for gil, I simply farm. 360 mil is not hard to farm at all, I can make about 3-4 mil a day with TH3, all you need to know is where to farm.

Don't be calling everyone who have 9 digit gil a gilbuyer, no one is gonna be dumb enough to buy that much gil

One of the folks in his screenshots (and one of his partners in his HNMLS and Dynamis Linkshells) did get his start by gilbuying though. I'm sure he doesn't do it anymore (why would you with a 75 THF?) but he didn't get his initial 500k or so legally. (And man, 500k was some ok money in early 2004)

He said exaclty, "That he doesn't craft for gil", which does NOT imply that he does not craft AT ALL. Forgive me for i have sinned the deadly sin of being human and posting something erroneus, (that he may be a LS bank, which he never said anything about yet) as I know you omniblast have never done this. Oh and BTW! Note his shaded specs in his inventory in the SKY pic showing off the assasin's armlets.... I'm sure he just got those off some glitched mob huh and just doesn't have GSmithing lvled at all.

Yeah because it is so easy to get TH3 and everyone has all the time in the world to acomplish that

LOL I was about to point that out reading the first few threads. Guess this topic's been on longer than I noticed.

I remember when I was back on Middie, there was this player that constantly hanged out with Lei and I remember this {cat} all he/she did was craft all day. Then you look at the history for gold ingots every day and see that this person was solely responsible for 70% of all ingot sells in gold every day.

Might I add that at the time, I think gold ingots were 1.5 million a stack. 10 million gils a day moving ingots. Even if you only made 2 mil profit every that, in 7 days that's 14 mil. In 10 weeks that is easily 140 million.

I've never toped 20 mil but thats because I'm always buying stuff for my mog house. Well that and some of the kinds of lumber I use cost a shitload of gil on my server. But I do ok I'm happy anyway.

Yeah Aeni, Lei is pretty much insane lol. He has full kaiser on PLD which he never plays, and a Mandau on his thf >_> I know he has a couple other high lvl jobs... but I usually see him on thf >_>; I think one of the most rediculous pieces of equipment I have ever seen though is a Sonic Belt +1 that my friend Carlen made for himself haha.

Actually if the gil is real, i know of a few players early in the gil buying game. they bought gil to power their crafts to 100. then turned around an started selling back to IGE. then turned around an made mules to get their crafts to 100. i thought about doing this early on. i just didnt think id be playing this long.

then again he can be the bank for his shells LS funds.
