Lucky drops

When my LS first started pursuing HNM's we were mostly after Damascus Ingots for our SAM/DRK and overall we went 2/45~ on Roc/Simurgh (4 Healing Staff and 1 Strider Boots) with one of those ingots coming not too long ago... simply put, we thought the game hated us ;p

We've killed Genbu approx 14~ times with 0 Venemous claw. And we've killed Suzaku approx 8~ times and Kirin once, and yeah I don't think we can complain on drops anymore :x







So yeah we definately can't complain, especially since we fought our first god 9/19/04 (2 months)

Anyone else had terrible luck with one thing but good on another?

the hecatomb set is generally a shitload of STR+DEX at the cost of Slow %, so it usually goes to thf or drg, this piece having no dex clearly DRG priority.

Its the opposite for us, Genbu has been kind to us for 3 Venemous Claws out of 8 fights. Suzaku however, has not even dropped the Suzaku Boots for us :mad:

We've had something like a 30% ~ 40% rate on claw from genbu out of like 20 or so kills. No shinings on Suzaku, probably about 15 kills..but we did get a claw on suzaku once ; ;.

sheesh, some nice drops there >.> I member best my old LS on Caitsith got was in 3 days: 2 Damescene (sp? Aquarius) and 2 Shinings, unfortunatley after that we had a horrible dry spell of drops, but meh, good eunf for a while

We camped Simurgh and got the Strider Boots, then right after that was God Hunt and we got a Shining Cloth from Suzaku.
We returned and synthed the cloth, only to find that we had made one of the few Aristocrat's Coat on the server.

Oh happy days.
