How exactly does this feature work?

Now I know this is going to come off as being very newbie, but how do you actually take screenshots and when you do manage to take them where do they go. I have been trying to figure this out and just can't seem to get it right ever.

If anyone could reply and help it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Alright, if you want to take a screen shot, you hit "scroll lock" to remove the windows and enable the capture of one. Then you hit "print screen." Those keys are next to each other, top-left of the second-to-the-right group on your keyboard. If you want to remove the names of the people, you type "/names" or "/names off." To put them back on, just type "/names" again or "/names on."

It depends on what control mode you're in. In compact mode, I believe you have to use ] and then [. Does the same thing, just uses different keys.
