Sharky's Last Day on FFXI-Ragnarok ~GM~

Here are shots of my last appearance on FFXI-Ragnarok server. People include Peekaboo (My Japanese friend) and Raistlin (Palinmage), thanks for your help! I want to say thanks to everyone that has helped me through my FFXI journey and I hope that I will come back to see you guys someday.

What happened? Well it seems that Squaresoft has not collected any payments from my credit card since August, so that's about 6 months not paid. So Square is stopping my account till they receive the money. Instead of calling Japan's Squaresoft information desk, I decided the time was right to quit. FFXI has completely taken over my life since I started and it's time for me to get my real life back on track.

Not sure. If the Japanese and US servers are split, I'll probably go back to the Japanese server.

edit: i tried to call that service # the GM gave to see what it was like.. but I couldnt get it to work. Using international dialing codes and stuff, (dialing from the USA) i came up with this phone number :

001-81-0354967117

... but it failed to work.
That number should be correct right?

I was dialing from my cell.. would that have any affect.. maybe you cant dial internationaly on cell phones :sweat:

It's sad and a shame to see you go - though i never played with you i imagine how you will be missed and the friends you yourself will miss. but all in all it sounds like you made a good (the best) and reasonable decision. well get ur reg life back on track, finances strait, yata yata and hurry back heh. least when u come back u'll be able to play the expansion and have somthing new to look forward too. and btw incase u dun visit the forums much thanks for the journals/videos/screens you posted - they helped the NA awaiting junkies a ton
