| Junior Member |    Playing Final Fantasy 11 using wine
Soo i have a mac and really would like to play final fantasy on it. Ive heard of the whole boot camp thing, but i cant afford a retail copy of windows. I found a thing called wine on the internet. It lets you use windows applications on macs. Does anyone play, or know anyone that plays this game using wine? If so what all do you need to use it? is it complicated to install? does it work well? Please if you know anything about wine and final fantasy let me know  -Thanks |

Please try to use the search function before starting a thread to make sure your question has not already been answered. I believe it has been played using wine but it wasn't worth it. I'm sure you'll find some information in the links I've posted.

When are people going to get tired of crappy wine jokes? When someone says they play FFXI on Windows, you don't tell them to be careful not to fall out. Because you would sound like your grandmother. |
