ok, my xbox played ffxi fine until today. keep in mind i just got my xbox "repaired" about 5 days ago. so now my xbox constantly freezes or says cant read disc. i put in a different game and it read the disc, but froze anyway. so whats my problem? should i install POL to the hardrive?? i have a 20g HDD so i will have to purchase a new one if that is the case. im about to take a hammer to my xbox please someone help me out.

sound like your having other issues, I had that problem "could not read disk" even when I was trying to play a demo -.- but it was not my hard drive, because I got a new 360 and used the same drive, and it was fine.

They most likely did not "fix" your 360, they just took one off the shelf they had there, and sent that to you.
