| Junior Member |   Question on changing servers... So I have been playing for quite a long time and took a break... When I returned it seems my friends have all disappeared. I do indeed have a high lvl character and such but I don't remember everything like I use to and plus there are just so many new things that SE has added to the game... So I would like to start all over again. My question is, if I erase my character and switch servers, will I still be charged that 25$ just as most would if they transferred servers? (Probably a stupid question to ask but I'm just curious.) |

If you erase your character and start a new one, you're not doing a server transfer, so there's nothing extra to charge you for. Server transfers are for existing characters.

I think u shouldn't delete ur high lvl character at all and just buy another content ID and start over from there. You can choose any server u wish to be on without being charged the $25 for the server transfer if u wish. You might regret deleting ur high lvl char down the road so it's best to either keep it and just deactivated it for now, in my opinion.
