Different Content ID, New Server

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I really want this answered.

You see, my two brothers have thought about joining (one already has). The problem is, I am on the Bahamut server, and as we all know, it is currently impossible to make an account designated for this server. I was wondering if, when you make another Content ID, can you make it so they join a different server, or are they forced onto the same server as your main character?

I know this is a bit of a silly questions, but I didn't want to waste the cash if it turns out I can't do that. Thanks!

You can put a new character on any server you please. personaly i would have just paid the dollar to find out haha.
