I recently loaded up playonline and checked to see if I had been getting charged for months that I hadn't played. The billing screen showed up with nothing being charged. The cancel content ID's screen came back with "No content ID's can be canceled". But the Active ID's came back with individually listed expansions. Just all 4 expansions. Do you think I've been getting billed? |

If you don't have any content IDs to be billed for and the billing screen SAYS you haven't been charged then I just don't know. It is a bit of a stumper, isn't it? |

And if you had, what of it? POL was providing you with a service. Not their problem if you don't use it.

No, I don't think you understand. I can log into playonline and go through all the prompts. If I try to hit the play FFXI button. It says something similar to the effect of "you don't have any content ID's active."

Let me make this very clear for you: If you had been billed this entire time, that would mean you had been paying POL for a service which they duly provided, whether you utilized it or not. |

Or: Having Expansions registered (and active) is not the same as having content IDs active. So the system is only telling you that, otherwise you'd be able to log on XI.
