Inspector's Gadget! problem
The quest doesnt start when I talk to Kohlo-Lakolo after finishing the quest Know One's Onions (yes, I did zone after finishing that quest, I spent the day lvling and farming outside of town moving back and fro dunes all day long).

Anyone else having issues with this quest¿?

Ummm i ahvent checked my title..where do I do that?

I was checking and the quest says it needs windburst reputation 2...I think mine is 1..how do I raise my reputation/fame?

If you look on FFXIclopedia, there are a bunch of quests that can be done repeatedly. The ones in this category that are faster to do are the ones that most people do to raise fame quickly. If I had ffxiclopedia in front of me I could point them out, but since I'm at work I can't.
