I have an unusual situation, or at least I think of it as unusual. I did a bit of looking around on the fourms too to see if I could find an answer...but I came up empty handed.

Anyways, a long while back, when they had the FFXI 360 beta, I partook in it for the majority of the time it was up. I found it was pretty fun, and got a few jobs to 30 as well as making some gil. When the beta ended though, I didn't see myself going through and buying the game, so I stopped playing. A year or two ago though...I got into FFXI again. Of course, I had no idea where my beta information was...so I started a new account. But now...after all this time, I just found my beta information. I know I won't be going back to my beta account, because I've done alot more on my new account now, but I'd like to take a look at my old beta account to see if I had anything useful and what-not.

So what I'm asking is, does anybody know if there is anyway to get a Xbox 360 beta account back up and activated even though it's been so long since the beta ended? I'm thinking the chances are slim...but I'm just curious.

that information has long been deleted, your out of luck.

they offered that beta transfer to live game back when it was finished, but other then that you cant open a beta account, even if the information still existed.

Ah, okay. I didn't mean that I wanted to actually have a beta account, but rather about the Beta transfer. Is that still available, the ability to transfer a beta character into an actual live account now?

If not, then it's no problem, I was just interested in my old account.

No, they had a 30 day window I believe to transfer your info. After that it was deletesville for the beta accounts.
