My brother and I are trying to start up Final Fantasy XI Online on Xbox360.
The installing and registrating is completed, but when we press the "Play"-button to start upp the game we get's this message: The handle "(my brothers username)" is already
linked to 8 content ID's.
Display Handle list?
There we can yeast view the handles and/or edit the profile, but how to start the damn game!?

Ordinarily, you have to link a handle to your PlayOnline ID before you can create a character (maybe even purchase a Content ID - I don't recall offhand, and it's been quite a few years since I've done that process myself).
When you request the list of handles, does it in fact show it to you?

So if this person is trying to enter the game and its asking them to assign a handle, its a used account. We can't even get to the create-a-character screen, thats the problem. When we press "play" (in the instructions book, it's says that you press play and then you creates a character) we yeast get the message above, and than our handles is listed, and It's a dead end.
