You will need EU registration codes, but there shouldn't be a problem with the installation itself.

The problem isn't the installation. The issue is that the registration codes you get for the various versions are 100% incompatible across different regions. A North American version expansion is not valid when you try to apply it to an account created with a European version original game registration code.

Ahem... "theoretically" there are ways to get access to the installation software for the client. I won't go into details, as discussion of said topic (or anything else that breaks the Terms of Service) is strictly verboten on this board, but let's just say it's possible and leave it at that. A bit of searching might give you more enlightenment.

Personally, I don't think it's a big deal since you already have a valid registration code, but rules are rules (and being one of the people that have to enforce said rules, I have to abide by them as well).
