problem on xbox 360 with POL

hi, I need some help. ok everytime I try to log on to playonline after the link thing where you select ok to link your gamertag to POL ID, it just give me a error code: POL-0010 continously and when it finally go on it give me the "mail communication error", "friend list communication error", and POL-0010 at the same time and the only option to do left is to exit so I don't know what to do, I haven't even play the game yet even though I bough it for like a week now.

yes is connected X( I have xbox live gold membership, I can play Call of Duty and Halo just fine but when I put the FFXI disk in it give me the one that I describe above.

Try to reinstall. Have you even been able to install the actual game of FFXI or did you only get as far as installing POL? Have you ever actually created a character and been in game? Just trying to understand if you are having installation issues or if you have the game installed and are having issues trying to connect to play.

I already reinstall and both time I install the actual game plus the POL. I'll reinstall again and see if it will work this time.
