how do you warp to outposts?

You need to do a supply run to the outpost first. You can only get supply quests to outposts currently under your nation's control. If you successfully deliver the supplies, you'll be able to warp to and from outposts for a fee. There's a minimum level for warping from town to a certain outpost, though they're generally low.

Don't need to be a moderator to tell someone he's posting in the wrong forum. Itazura meant no harm, he was just informing the guy so that he wouldn't make the same mistake twice.

Given that this is about the third or fourth time he seems to have made a thread without bothering to google it or use the search button, I doubt that he won't make a mistake twice.

Maybe I should ask to become a moderator! Supposedly, they get a "make head explode" button!

Then again, I'd probably just limit my activity to moving threads to right places and unsticky'ing outdated info if I'm given such a position. Keeping threads and stickies neat are my true passions in life. ._.
