weaponskill up during Besieged

Greetings,

I was wondering if anyone knew what weapon lvl range one would start to get skill ups with during Besiged? Ive got a few around the Kufkal Range 120~150, would that be too low?

Would be a little low still I think. I had a hard time hitting with ~200 club skill with ohat and reverand mail while eatting sushi. Not to say whm are known for thier accuracy but you'd think I'd have at least 1 in 10 hits connect.

I started hitting consistantly with about 210-230 range, but will vary more I suppose if you're geared more for accuracy.
